During this fun and interactive workshop, you will gain insight into the origins of your thoughts, their effects on you, and how you can change them to create a happier and healthier reality. You will learn simple yet effective techniques to release stress and regain control of your life.

You will have the opportunity to experience a short guided hypnotic trance to release negative emotions and foster self-confidence, self-esteem & inner peace. All attendees will be given a free MP3 so they can practice their newly acquired skills.

ID Pic PE Vannier_small bw   P-Etienne Vannier has been working in the field of Social Development, Human Rights, and HIV/AIDS since 2005. He is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. He offers one-on-one sessions on trauma recovery for victims of violence, and conducts free public awareness talks on the power of the Mind. He is the founder of Hypnotherapy Without Borders, using hypnotherapy as a tool for social activism and community empowerment, particularly among vulnerable populations. He is also the Arab States Coordinator for First Medicines, a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce suffering and enhance health around the world, regardless of people’s ability to pay. As part of his work, he organized and co-facilitated trainings to Field Hospital volunteers and medical staff in Tahrir square in Cairo, Egypt on Critical Care Communication, as well as trainings on hypnotherapy for trauma recovery for practitioners. For eight years, as part of his work with the United Nations Development program, he advocated for the rights of people living with HIV in 22 Arab states, fostering socioeconomic empowerment. He maintains a private practice in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles.
