Writing our story can improve our physical and mental health, as well as boost our immune system – it’s true.
Every single person has a story worth telling and this group’s goal is to help you tell yours. Journaling in a group has many benefits – it establishes a consistent writing time, sparks your creativity and allows you to read and reflect away from everyday distractions.
Sharing aloud will be encouraged, but not forced. Hearing our work come alive helps us share and grow, listen and learn, and experience life together. Trusting that others will hear us with open hearts and minds allows us to deepen our relationships.
Journals and writing instruments will be provided – no excuses!
